Job summary

My Client is a smart, highly respected financial services company based in the heart of Berlin, Germany. They are looking for a FLUENT GERMAN speaking Team Assistant who will relocate to Berlin or already be based there. An important point about this role is that the client is looking for flexibility with hours – they need to ensure that support is provided from 8am to 8pm and would share this out across the administrative team. Salary: €40,000 - €60,000.

Job description

This is a newly created role and ideally they would like this position to work 30 hours per week but are open-minded to a full time basis of 40 hours per week.

The role is multi-faceted, covering PA support to the wider team (including the Managing Partners) and you would be working very closely alongside their Office Manager and Team Assistants as a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have worked within private equity, financial services or be coming from a consulting background and be able to take on responsibilities across a number of different areas including diary management, travel (local and international), events, expenses, ad hoc reception cover and potential office management duties further down the line. You will have a mature outlook with a can-do and team focused attitude. They are a lovely team and are seeking a pro-active individual to join their impressive and growing team.

Job qualifications
