Job description

 

Quentin Hotels, a 4 hotels chain located around Berlin is looking for a personal assistant to the Hotel manager.

This is an entry-level role for a very organized person that offers LOTS of growth possibilities, you will essentially help the manager with all the daily tasks that are needed to run a hotel and will learn yourself how a successful hotel chain is run.

Tasks include:

  • Pay bills.
  • Speak with suppliers in person and via phone.
  • Be a liaison between the workers of the hotel, the managers and the head manager for whom you will be working.
  • A lot of excel work to follow up on supplies, orders exc
  • Organize the office paperwork.
  • Take notes and execute the manager tasks.
  • Write emails in German and English.

The job requires a very organized person with a can-do attitude, The more you prove yourself the more reasonability you will get.

Requirements:

  • Good with numbers.
  • Very Organised, must be able to take good notes.
  • Must be good with excel or be willing to learn excel.
  • Fluent in German and in English.
